PDE2A-AS2

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, PDE2A-AS2 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 12,484 significant associations in total. CCRCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible PDE2A-AS2-associated proteins across cancer lineages are RIPOR1, MRPS5, and NOP56_S520. Each is linked with PDE2A-AS2 in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PDE2A-AS2-to-partner and partner-to-PDE2A-AS2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, PDE2A-AS2 versus RIPOR1 in COAD, with a Pearson correlation of 0.39.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PDE2A-AS2→partner) and Y-score (partner→PDE2A-AS2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
