PDE11A

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, PDE11A RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 16,070 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible PDE11A-associated proteins across cancer lineages are SH3BGRL2, ATP8B1, and ADD1. Each is linked with PDE11A in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PDE11A-to-partner and partner-to-PDE11A results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, PDE11A versus SH3BGRL2 in HNSC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.27.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PDE11A→partner) and Y-score (partner→PDE11A) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
