Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, PDE11A RNA is linked to patient survival in 24 of 34 cancer types, making it the most broadly survival-associated PDE11A data layer compared with 11 for mutation status and 2 for mass-spec protein.

The strongest signal is observed in lung adenocarcinoma (LUAD), where higher PDE11A RNA is associated with worse disease-free survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated PDE11A expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as KIRC and SCLC show a favorable association.

LUAD, BLCA, and SKCM are the cancer types where PDE11A RNA most reproducibly stratifies survival.
