PDE11A

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, PDE11A protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 9,512 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible PDE11A-associated genes across cancer lineages are PIGCP1, MIR4728, and POLR2F. Each is linked with PDE11A in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PDE11A-to-partner and partner-to-PDE11A results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, PDE11A versus PIGCP1 in PDAC, with a Pearson correlation of -0.63.

protein abundance associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PDE11A→partner) and Y-score (partner→PDE11A) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
