PDE11A

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, PDE11A mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 4,501 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible PDE11A-associated genes across cancer lineages are NOLC1, RFWD3, and MTHFD1. Each is linked with PDE11A in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PDE11A-to-partner and partner-to-PDE11A results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, NOLC1 grouped by PDE11A-low versus PDE11A-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PDE11A→partner) and Y-score (partner→PDE11A) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
