Across TCGA cell cohorts, PDE11A RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 1,650 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible PDE11A-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Cytosolic transport, Establishment of protein localization to organelle, and Regulation of protein lipidation. Each is linked with PDE11A in more than 10 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PDE11A-to-partner and partner-to-PDE11A results are reported.
