PDE11A

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, PDE11A mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 264 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible PDE11A-associated genes across cancer lineages are ASCL4, KRTAP12-3, and OR2M4. Each is linked with PDE11A in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PDE11A-to-partner and partner-to-PDE11A results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, ASCL4 grouped by PDE11A-low versus PDE11A-high in PANCREAS.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PDE11A→partner) and Y-score (partner→PDE11A) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
