PDCD7

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, PDCD7 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 14,557 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible PDCD7-associated proteins across cancer lineages are EDC3, NONO, and PNN. Each is linked with PDCD7 in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PDCD7-to-partner and partner-to-PDCD7 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, PDCD7 versus EDC3 in COAD, with a Pearson correlation of 0.44.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PDCD7→partner) and Y-score (partner→PDCD7) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
