PDCD6

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, PDCD6 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 8,146 significant associations in total. BRCA shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible PDCD6-associated proteins across cancer lineages are NSUN2, NUP155, and WDR70. Each is linked with PDCD6 in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PDCD6-to-partner and partner-to-PDCD6 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, PDCD6 versus NSUN2 in LUAD, with a Pearson correlation of 0.54.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PDCD6→partner) and Y-score (partner→PDCD6) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
