Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, PDCD2L protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 15,743 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible PDCD2L-associated genes across cancer lineages are MYBL2, URI1, and FOXM1. Each is linked with PDCD2L in more than 6 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PDCD2L-to-partner and partner-to-PDCD2L results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, PDCD2L versus MYBL2 in UCEC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.35.
protein abundance associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PDCD2L→partner) and Y-score (partner→PDCD2L) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
