Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, PCSK6 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 14,752 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible PCSK6-associated genes across cancer lineages are PCSK6-AS1, SYNJ2, and EGFR. Each is linked with PCSK6 in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PCSK6-to-partner and partner-to-PCSK6 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, PCSK6 versus PCSK6-AS1 in GBM, with a Pearson correlation of 0.80.
protein abundance associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PCSK6→partner) and Y-score (partner→PCSK6) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
