Q-omics provides the consensus-scored RN7SL394P profile across patient tissues and cancer cell-line models. RN7SL394P expression is associated with patient survival in 11 of 34 cancer types, with the highest sampling consensus in THYM. Among the 18 cancer types available for tumor–normal comparison, RN7SL394P is differentially expressed in 6, with the highest sampling consensus in LUAD. Additionally, RN7SL394P RNA expression shows 11,744 significant protein co-abundance associations, with the highest sampling consensus in PDAC. Together, these results highlight THYM, LUAD, and PDAC as cancer lineages where RN7SL394P shows reproducible signals across survival, tumor–normal expression, and patient cross-omics analyses.
