Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, RN7SL394P RNA differs between tumor and matched normal tissue in 6 of 18 cancer types tested, making tumor–normal expression one of RN7SL394P’s most consistent transcriptional readouts.
The strongest signal is observed in lung adenocarcinoma (LUAD), where RN7SL394P RNA is more highly expressed in tumor relative to normal tissue. In most cancer types RN7SL394P is over-expressed in tumor, although a few such as LUSC and KIRC show the opposite, repressed pattern.
LUAD, BRCA, and KIRP are the cancer types where RN7SL394P tumor–normal differential expression is most reproducible.
