PCSK4

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, PCSK4 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 11,157 significant associations in total. BRCA shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible PCSK4-associated proteins across cancer lineages are MYO5A, REEP6, and HSP90B1. Each is linked with PCSK4 in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PCSK4-to-partner and partner-to-PCSK4 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, PCSK4 versus MYO5A in GBM, with a Pearson correlation of -0.33.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PCSK4→partner) and Y-score (partner→PCSK4) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
