PCSK2

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, PCSK2 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 12,551 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible PCSK2-associated proteins across cancer lineages are ANKRD22, KIF5C, and MAP2. Each is linked with PCSK2 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PCSK2-to-partner and partner-to-PCSK2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, PCSK2 versus ANKRD22 in LUAD, with a Pearson correlation of -0.37.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PCSK2→partner) and Y-score (partner→PCSK2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
