Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, PCSK2 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 5,013 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible PCSK2-associated genes across cancer lineages are EPHA3, SOX10, and SEPTIN3. Each is linked with PCSK2 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PCSK2-to-partner and partner-to-PCSK2 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, PCSK2 versus EPHA3 in LSCC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.54.
protein abundance associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PCSK2→partner) and Y-score (partner→PCSK2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
