PCSK2

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, PCSK2 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 3,200 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible PCSK2-associated genes across cancer lineages are RNU6-677P, THAP3, and MCM2. Each is linked with PCSK2 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PCSK2-to-partner and partner-to-PCSK2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, RNU6-677P grouped by PCSK2-low versus PCSK2-high in BLCA.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PCSK2→partner) and Y-score (partner→PCSK2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
