PCSK2

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, PCSK2 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 109 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible PCSK2-associated genes across cancer lineages are PRM3, OR14A2, and PHOX2B. Each is linked with PCSK2 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PCSK2-to-partner and partner-to-PCSK2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, PRM3 grouped by PCSK2-low versus PCSK2-high in CNS.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PCSK2→partner) and Y-score (partner→PCSK2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
