PCSK1

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, PCSK1 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 22 significant associations in total. LUNG_NSCLC_LUAD shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible PCSK1-associated genes across cancer lineages are OR4X2, SPAM1, and MROH5. Each is linked with PCSK1 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PCSK1-to-partner and partner-to-PCSK1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, OR4X2 grouped by PCSK1-low versus PCSK1-high in SOFT_TISSUE.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PCSK1→partner) and Y-score (partner→PCSK1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
