PCOLCE

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, PCOLCE RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 18,752 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible PCOLCE-associated proteins across cancer lineages are P3H1, P3H3, and MMP2. Each is linked with PCOLCE in more than 9 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PCOLCE-to-partner and partner-to-PCOLCE results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, PCOLCE versus P3H1 in GBM, with a Pearson correlation of 0.68.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PCOLCE→partner) and Y-score (partner→PCOLCE) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
