PCOLCE

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, PCOLCE protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 15,542 significant associations in total. BRCA shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible PCOLCE-associated genes across cancer lineages are MYL9, CRISPLD2, and CCN4. Each is linked with PCOLCE in more than 9 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PCOLCE-to-partner and partner-to-PCOLCE results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, PCOLCE versus MYL9 in HNSC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.45.

protein abundance associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PCOLCE→partner) and Y-score (partner→PCOLCE) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
