Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, PCOLCE mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 1,197 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible PCOLCE-associated genes across cancer lineages are TRAJ43, MIR6803, and AOC2. Each is linked with PCOLCE in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PCOLCE-to-partner and partner-to-PCOLCE results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, TRAJ43 grouped by PCOLCE-low versus PCOLCE-high in LUAD.
mutation associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PCOLCE→partner) and Y-score (partner→PCOLCE) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
