The most reproducible PCOLCE-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Collagen biosynthetic process, Cell division, and Negative regulation of smoothened signaling pathway. Each is linked with PCOLCE in more than 14 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PCOLCE-to-partner and partner-to-PCOLCE results are reported.
