PCNA

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, PCNA RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 20,271 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible PCNA-associated proteins across cancer lineages are RRM1, RRM2, and SMC2. Each is linked with PCNA in more than 9 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PCNA-to-partner and partner-to-PCNA results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, PCNA versus RRM1 in COAD, with a Pearson correlation of 0.44.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PCNA→partner) and Y-score (partner→PCNA) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
