Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, PCGF5 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 2,655 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible PCGF5-associated genes across cancer lineages are RPL23AP4, LINC01848, and LINC02277. Each is linked with PCGF5 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PCGF5-to-partner and partner-to-PCGF5 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, RPL23AP4 grouped by PCGF5-low versus PCGF5-high in LUSC.
mutation associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PCGF5→partner) and Y-score (partner→PCGF5) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
