PCF11

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, PCF11 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 320 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible PCF11-associated genes across cancer lineages are CT45A7, GAGE12J, and GNGT1. Each is linked with PCF11 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PCF11-to-partner and partner-to-PCF11 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, CT45A7 grouped by PCF11-low versus PCF11-high in LUNG_NSCLC_LUAD.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PCF11→partner) and Y-score (partner→PCF11) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
