Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, PCED1A protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 638 significant associations in total. PDAC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible PCED1A-associated genes across cancer lineages are C1GALT1, GPD2, and IL13RA2. Each is linked with PCED1A in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PCED1A-to-partner and partner-to-PCED1A results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, PCED1A versus C1GALT1 in HNSC, with a Pearson correlation of -0.76.
protein abundance associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PCED1A→partner) and Y-score (partner→PCED1A) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
