Across TCGA patient cohorts, PCDHGB6 RNA expression is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 16,389 significant associations in total. THYM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible PCDHGB6-associated genes across cancer lineages are PCDHGB3, PCDHGA12, and PCDHGA9. Each is linked with PCDHGB6 in more than 30 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PCDHGB6-to-partner and partner-to-PCDHGB6 results are reported.
