Cross-omicsMUTATION → PROTEIN-RPPAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, PCDHGB6 mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 46 significant associations in total. STAD shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible PCDHGB6-associated genes across cancer lineages are TFRC, Cyclin-B1, and PDCD4. Each is linked with PCDHGB6 in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PCDHGB6-to-partner and partner-to-PCDHGB6 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, TFRC grouped by PCDHGB6-low versus PCDHGB6-high in STAD.
mutation associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PCDHGB6→partner) and Y-score (partner→PCDHGB6) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
