Across TCGA cell cohorts, PCDHGB6 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 1,251 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible PCDHGB6-associated genes across cancer lineages are TAS2R39, CCNI, and FAM153B. Each is linked with PCDHGB6 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PCDHGB6-to-partner and partner-to-PCDHGB6 results are reported.
