PCDHGA7

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, PCDHGA7 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 7,489 significant associations in total. PDAC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible PCDHGA7-associated proteins across cancer lineages are DCN, GBE1, and SPON2. Each is linked with PCDHGA7 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PCDHGA7-to-partner and partner-to-PCDHGA7 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, PCDHGA7 versus DCN in BRCA, with a Pearson correlation of 0.27.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PCDHGA7→partner) and Y-score (partner→PCDHGA7) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
