PCDHGA12

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, PCDHGA12 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 5,654 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible PCDHGA12-associated genes across cancer lineages are FAM98C, ERI1, and MRPS27. Each is linked with PCDHGA12 in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PCDHGA12-to-partner and partner-to-PCDHGA12 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, FAM98C grouped by PCDHGA12-low versus PCDHGA12-high in SKCM.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PCDHGA12→partner) and Y-score (partner→PCDHGA12) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
