The most reproducible PCDHB6-associated proteins across cancer lineages are PRKAR2A, SQOR, and MSRB3. Each is linked with PCDHB6 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PCDHB6-to-partner and partner-to-PCDHB6 results are reported.
