PCDHB16

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, PCDHB16 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 9,026 significant associations in total. PDAC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible PCDHB16-associated proteins across cancer lineages are ISLR, C1R, and FER. Each is linked with PCDHB16 in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PCDHB16-to-partner and partner-to-PCDHB16 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, PCDHB16 versus ISLR in BRCA, with a Pearson correlation of 0.35.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PCDHB16→partner) and Y-score (partner→PCDHB16) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
