Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, PCDHB16 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 4,643 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible PCDHB16-associated genes across cancer lineages are GAR1, SYT7, and EXOSC9. Each is linked with PCDHB16 in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PCDHB16-to-partner and partner-to-PCDHB16 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, GAR1 grouped by PCDHB16-low versus PCDHB16-high in UCEC.
mutation associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PCDHB16→partner) and Y-score (partner→PCDHB16) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
