Across TCGA patient cohorts, PCDHB16 mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 70 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible PCDHB16-associated genes across cancer lineages are GAPDH, ERK2, and ACC_pS79. Each is linked with PCDHB16 in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PCDHB16-to-partner and partner-to-PCDHB16 results are reported.
