PCDHA10

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, PCDHA10 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 5,338 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible PCDHA10-associated genes across cancer lineages are ECHS1, CXXC1, and TXN2. Each is linked with PCDHA10 in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PCDHA10-to-partner and partner-to-PCDHA10 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, ECHS1 grouped by PCDHA10-low versus PCDHA10-high in SKCM.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PCDHA10→partner) and Y-score (partner→PCDHA10) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
