PCDH19

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, PCDH19 RNA expression is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 1,954 significant associations in total. SOFT_TISSUE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible PCDH19-associated genes across cancer lineages are UBTD2, SPSB4, and SOX2. Each is linked with PCDH19 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PCDH19-to-partner and partner-to-PCDH19 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, PCDH19 versus UBTD2 in BREAST, with a Pearson correlation of 0.38.

RNA expression associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PCDH19→partner) and Y-score (partner→PCDH19) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
