PCDH1

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, PCDH1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 11,314 significant associations in total. BRCA shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible PCDH1-associated proteins across cancer lineages are PCDH1_S984, NIBAN2, and PCDH1_S962. Each is linked with PCDH1 in more than 6 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PCDH1-to-partner and partner-to-PCDH1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, PCDH1 versus PCDH1_S984 in LSCC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.51.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PCDH1→partner) and Y-score (partner→PCDH1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
