Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, PCDH1 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 14,337 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible PCDH1-associated genes across cancer lineages are RAPGEF3, BCAS1, and CENPF. Each is linked with PCDH1 in more than 6 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PCDH1-to-partner and partner-to-PCDH1 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, PCDH1 versus RAPGEF3 in HNSC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.47.
protein abundance associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PCDH1→partner) and Y-score (partner→PCDH1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
