Across TCGA patient cohorts, PCDH1 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 2,660 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible PCDH1-associated genes across cancer lineages are TOMM22, ABHD10, and MRPS33. Each is linked with PCDH1 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PCDH1-to-partner and partner-to-PCDH1 results are reported.
