Cross-omicsMUTATION → PROTEIN-RPPAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, PCDH1 mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 53 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible PCDH1-associated genes across cancer lineages are Cyclin-B1, JNK2, and CD49b. Each is linked with PCDH1 in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PCDH1-to-partner and partner-to-PCDH1 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, Cyclin-B1 grouped by PCDH1-low versus PCDH1-high in UCEC.
mutation associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PCDH1→partner) and Y-score (partner→PCDH1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
