PCDH1

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, PCDH1 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 615 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible PCDH1-associated genes across cancer lineages are SEBOX, UHRF1BP1L, and TOX2. Each is linked with PCDH1 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PCDH1-to-partner and partner-to-PCDH1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, SEBOX grouped by PCDH1-low versus PCDH1-high in STOMACH.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PCDH1→partner) and Y-score (partner→PCDH1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
