PCCB

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, PCCB RNA expression is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 10,240 significant associations in total. UPPER_AERODIGESTIVE_TRACT shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible PCCB-associated genes across cancer lineages are TRAP1, MRPL3, and RUVBL1. Each is linked with PCCB in more than 14 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PCCB-to-partner and partner-to-PCCB results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, PCCB versus TRAP1 in BONE, with a Pearson correlation of 0.57.

RNA expression associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PCCB→partner) and Y-score (partner→PCCB) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
