PAXIP1-DT

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, PAXIP1-DT RNA expression is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 18,862 significant associations in total. UVM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible PAXIP1-DT-associated genes across cancer lineages are ZKSCAN2-DT, TCTE3, and PMS2P3. Each is linked with PAXIP1-DT in more than 32 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PAXIP1-DT-to-partner and partner-to-PAXIP1-DT results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, PAXIP1-DT versus ZKSCAN2-DT in UCS, with a Pearson correlation of 0.61.

RNA expression associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PAXIP1-DT→partner) and Y-score (partner→PAXIP1-DT) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
