Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, PAXIP1-DT RNA is linked to patient survival in 23 of 34 cancer types, making it the most broadly survival-associated PAXIP1-DT data layer.

The strongest signal is observed in ovarian serous cystadenocarcinoma (OV), where higher PAXIP1-DT RNA is associated with better disease-free survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated PAXIP1-DT expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as OV and STAD show a favorable association.

OV, STAD, and BRCA are the cancer types where PAXIP1-DT RNA most reproducibly stratifies survival.
