Across TCGA patient cohorts, PAXBP1-AS1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 15,671 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible PAXBP1-AS1-associated proteins across cancer lineages are TRRAP, WDR70, and RBBP5. Each is linked with PAXBP1-AS1 in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PAXBP1-AS1-to-partner and partner-to-PAXBP1-AS1 results are reported.
