PAX4

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, PAX4 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 4,320 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible PAX4-associated genes across cancer lineages are SNORD116-11, MFRP, and MIR4774. Each is linked with PAX4 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PAX4-to-partner and partner-to-PAX4 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, SNORD116-11 grouped by PAX4-low versus PAX4-high in LUSC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PAX4→partner) and Y-score (partner→PAX4) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
