Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, PAX2 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 2,594 significant associations in total. CCRCC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible PAX2-associated genes across cancer lineages are SKAP1-AS1, PPIAP52, and COPDA1. Each is linked with PAX2 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PAX2-to-partner and partner-to-PAX2 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, PAX2 versus SKAP1-AS1 in UCEC, with a Pearson correlation of -0.38.
protein abundance associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PAX2→partner) and Y-score (partner→PAX2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
