PAWR

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, PAWR RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 15,332 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible PAWR-associated proteins across cancer lineages are MYG1, ACAP1_T739, and PPP1R12A. Each is linked with PAWR in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PAWR-to-partner and partner-to-PAWR results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, PAWR versus MYG1 in PDAC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.36.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PAWR→partner) and Y-score (partner→PAWR) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
